Total Delivery Date is based on the time it will take to tailor your costumes/made to order + the time is taken for the finished item to be shipped to you.

Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (5-25 days) + Shipping Date (7-20 days)

How do I place an Order?

It is very simple to purchase your favorite dress online. You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order. The steps are as follows:

1. If you are brand new to our website, we suggest you create an account before you place the order, and then log in to place the order, then you can check your order status and history.
2. Enter the item page you want to order, fill in the wear date( refers to when you need to use the item), choose the gender, standard size or customize, then click” Add to Cart”.
3. Click button “Proceed to Checkout” if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.
4. Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method etc, click “Place order now”, finally, skip to Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All costumes ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your costume is a one-off tailor-made for you, orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. Please be sure of the size and any other specifications before submitting your order. Orders cannot be canceled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

We reserve the right to reject an order. It can be due to, but not limited to, the followings:

• We are unable to confirm your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• We identity substantial risks of shipping loss at the destination

We will refund all payments if we reject an order.

Any products can get a full or partial refund if they are not as described. You may return the item for a full refund, or accept a partial refund to keep the product.

Q: Is the Asian size suitable for me?

A:The Asian size is a bit tight for Europeans and has a 1-3cm error. It is recommended to buy a big one.

Q:Why can’t I find my order/I want to check my order.

A:If you place an order first and then create an account, you will not be able to find your order.And we can’t add your order to your account.But you can check the status of your order at the bottom of the homepage “How to check”.

Q: Can I buy only a part of the costume / Can I choose the top S, pants M when I am buying?

A:Usually coatume takes 12-18 days to process.custom costume takes 15-25 days。Deliver time = Proccessing time + shipping time(you choose).Some of the goods in stock, we will mark “48HR SHIP”

Q: Where do you ship from?

A:Usually we ship from China and some items can be shipped from the US or UK. You can see this option on the product page.

A:Please check if you have subscribed to our email. Our mail is likely to be sent to the trash.
